Delete your CAMIDAX account

This page removes the account on the CAMIDAX website. Read what that does before you confirm. The server checks the same rules again when you submit.

What deletion does

Every website session is ended directly, in every browser. That does not depend on revoking a device.
Every account device, enrollment code, entitlement grant, and pending reset or verification token for this account stops working.
A request that was already in progress, or that arrives later with an old session, device, or token, is refused.
Deleting this account does not delete or change media, files, or libraries on your computers. The website only removes the account.
Other people's accounts are not deleted.
Whether the Owner account may delete itself is an open decision. Until that is decided, the Owner is blocked and told to transfer ownership first. That switch is off.
Security events and contact messages for this account are anonymized. How long those anonymized rows are kept is an open decision.
Per-account rate-limit buckets are removed now. Buckets that store only a hash of an address are removed 24 hours after they were last updated.
Database backups of the account service are kept for 30 days. A backup taken before deletion can still contain the account until that backup expires. Deletion does not edit backup files. Restoring a backup is a separate manual operator action.
