1. Scope
This policy applies to camidax.com, approval-only website accounts, public contact submissions and development services specifically identified as CAMIDAX. Private household device data is not intended to be publicly exposed through this website.
2. Information collected
The website may collect the name and email supplied during registration; a salted password hash; requested account role; approval status; session records; contact-form topic and message; and basic security or operational logs provided by the hosting platform. CAMIDAX does not intentionally store plaintext passwords.
3. How information is used
- Operate approval-only accounts and sessions.
- Review development-access and contact requests.
- Protect the service, investigate failures and prevent abuse.
- Develop and improve CAMIDAX.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Sharing and processors
The website is hosted using Cloudflare services, including Workers, static assets and D1 database infrastructure. Information may be processed by Cloudflare as necessary to provide those services. CAMIDAX does not sell personal information or use advertising cookies. Information may be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users, the project or others.
5. Optional AI providers
When future CAMIDAX or Forge users deliberately select a cloud AI provider, approved prompt content and context must be transmitted to that provider. The provider’s own terms, retention controls and privacy policy apply. Local-first does not convert a selected cloud provider into local processing.
6. Retention
Pending or approved account records are retained while needed to operate development access. Contact messages are retained while necessary to respond, maintain project records, address abuse or meet legal needs. Specific production retention schedules will be published before general release.
7. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted by using the contact form and selecting “Privacy request.” Some records may be retained where required for security, dispute resolution or law.
8. Security
Account sessions use Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict cookies. Passwords are processed as salted PBKDF2-derived hashes in the current website implementation. No system is completely secure, and CAMIDAX does not claim an independent production audit at this stage.
9. Children
The public website is not directed to children and does not offer open child registration. A child role within private household development access must be created or approved by an authorized adult. Do not submit a child’s personal information through the public contact form.
10. Changes
Material updates will change the effective date and will be reflected in the public changelog when practical.
11. Operator and contact
CAMIDAX is currently operated by Mike Jensen in the United States. A formal business entity, dedicated privacy email and registered business address have not yet been published. Privacy requests can be submitted through the contact page.
