Terms of Use

These terms govern the public website, contact submissions and any private development access provided through camidax.com.

1. Acceptance

By using this website or an approved CAMIDAX development account, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the account services.

2. Development-preview status

CAMIDAX is unfinished development software. Features may be incomplete, changed, unavailable or removed. Access does not promise a public release date, continuous availability, technical support, compatibility, data preservation or commercial terms.

3. Accounts and approval

Registration creates a request, not an entitlement. The owner or an authorized administrator may approve, reject or revoke access. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report suspected compromise. You may not share an account or attempt to bypass role or device restrictions.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use CAMIDAX services to break the law, access systems without authorization, distribute malware, interfere with the service, scrape private areas, test vulnerabilities without permission or upload content that infringes another person’s rights.

5. Intellectual property

CAMIDAX branding, original site design, code, documentation and product materials are owned by Mike Jensen or used under applicable licenses. These terms do not grant permission to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit private builds except where law or an accompanying license expressly allows it.

6. Third-party services

Optional integrations may depend on third-party networks, codecs, model providers or software. Their terms, fees, availability and privacy practices are separate. Mention of another product does not imply endorsement or partnership.

7. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and development services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, opportunity or device availability arising from development access. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so applicable law may provide additional rights.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for security, abuse, legal risk, project changes or violation of these terms. You may stop using the website or request account deletion through the contact page.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated as the project and business structure mature. Governing-law and venue language will be finalized with the legal entity and public commercial release. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

11. Contact

Legal questions may be submitted through the contact page. Select “Legal inquiry.”

Legal review still required: These terms create an honest development-site baseline, but professional review is still required before paid plans or general public release.
